🌹 Rose Hydrosol
Premium Botanical Floral Water | Hydration • Skin Refreshment • Soothing Facial Care
Product Description
Rose Hydrosol, also known as Rose Floral Water or Rose Hydrolat, is a beautifully aromatic botanical water produced during the steam distillation of rose petals.
Naturally delicate and refreshing, Rose Hydrosol is ideal for everyday facial toning, skin hydration and soothing botanical skincare. Its light floral character makes it particularly suitable for use as a facial mist, toner, skin refresher or as the water phase in premium cosmetic formulations.
Unlike Rose Essential Oil, a genuine hydrosol is predominantly water and contains only very small quantities of naturally occurring aromatic rose constituents, giving it a much gentler character.
🌹 Hydrating • Refreshing • Soothing • Naturally Floral

Ingredient
For the finished cosmetic label, use the actual INCI supplied by your manufacturer.
For example, if made from Rosa damascena:
Rosa Damascena Flower Water
Do not call it Rose Oil unless the product actually contains Rose Essential Oil. If yours is a true hydrosol, I would sell it simply as “Rose Hydrosol” or “Rose Hydrosol Floral Water.”
💧 How to Use
As a Facial Mist: Close eyes and lightly mist over clean skin whenever refreshment is desired.
As a Toner: Apply to cleansed skin using a reusable cotton pad or mist directly onto the face.
Before Facial Oil: Apply Rose Hydrosol first, then follow with your preferred facial oil or moisturiser.
For Body: Mist lightly over the skin for a refreshing floral experience.
Safety Information
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Patch testing before first use is recommended.
Keep out of reach of children. Store according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Because hydrosols are water-based products, microbiological stability and preservation are especially important. I would make sure your finished product has appropriate cosmetic safety/stability assessment rather than treating it like a shelf-stable carrier oil.
