Dashmularishta for Energy & Fatigue

🔹 What it is

  • A fermented Ayurvedic preparation made mainly from Dashamoola (a group of 10 roots) along with herbs, jaggery, and natural fermentation agents.

  • Rich in antioxidants, natural sugars, and bioactive compounds.

🔹 Benefits for Energy & Fatigue

  • Boosts stamina & reduces fatigue → supports recovery from chronic tiredness.

  • Improves digestion & nutrient absorption → better conversion of food into energy.

  • Supports women’s health → often used for post-delivery weakness and hormonal balance.

  • Strengthens immunity → helps in recurrent infections or low vitality.

  • Mild nervine tonic → supports mental clarity and reduces stress-related tiredness.

🔹 How to Take

  • Typical adult dose: 15–30 ml after meals, mixed with equal quantity of water, twice daily.

  • Should be continued for at least 1–2 months for noticeable improvement.

🔹 Safety & Precautions

  • Usually safe in recommended doses.

  • Avoid in diabetes (due to jaggery content) or use under guidance.

  • Not advised in diarrhoea, loose motions, or very weak digestion.

  • Pregnant women should take only under Ayurvedic doctor’s advice.

✅ For someone who feels tired all the time (like the patient you described earlier), Dashmularishta could help if the fatigue is due to general weakness, low stamina, or stress.
📌 But if tiredness is caused by anaemia, thyroid, or vitamin deficiency, then a blood test + supplements may still be needed alongside.
