VASANT KUSUMARAK RAS 100 tablets

1. Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes also known as Madhumeha is due to an aggravation of Vata and impaired digestion. Impaired digestion leads to an accumulation of Ama (toxic remains in the body due to improper digestion) in the pancreatic cells and impairs the function of insulin. In Ayurveda, Vasant Kusumakar Rasa is extensively used for treating high sugar levels because it has Deepan (appetizer), and Pachan (digestion) properties which reduce Ama and improve metabolism that helps to control blood sugar levels.

2. General Weakness
Vasant Kusumakar Ras is useful in managing general weakness or fatigue in day-to-day life. According to Ayurveda, fatigue is also known as klama. It is caused due to an imbalance of Kapha dosha and a deficiency of essential minerals in the body. Vasant Kusumakar Rasa has Vrsya (aphrodisiac) and Rasayana (rejuvenation) properties which help to reduce the symptoms of fatigue. It also fulfills the requirement of important essential minerals, especially iron, which helps in gaining overall strength.

Madhumeha Kusumakar Ras is a classical Ayurvedic formulation used in the management of diabetes mellitus.
