Pain Nill Tablet is a Pain Relief Tablets is a Ayurvedic medicine for joint pain, knee pain, back pain, arthritis and many other bone related pain. One box contain 40 tablets. Out of 40 tablets 20 tablest is light yellow color and 20 tablets is dark green color.
