Kayam is helpful in relieving chronic constipation, acidity, headache, burning sensation in eyes, soles of the feet or hands, skin diseases, burning in chest and nausea. Dose and Directions : 1/2 to 2 Teaspoon as per requirement at bed time with water. Individual results may vary, dose may be adjusted accordingly. The product is not recommended during pregnancy. Ingredients - Senna Leaves (Cassia Angustifolia) 50%, Black Salt (Saindhava Salt / Saindha Namak) 18% , Nishoth (Operculina Trupethum) (Root) 3% , Ajvain (Carum Capticum / Trachyspermum Ammi( (Fruit) 11.5%, Himej (Terminalia Chebula) (Fruit) 8%, Svarjiksara (Shuddh) (Astoneman Indicam) 5%, Yashti Madhu (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) (Stolon) 4.5%.
