Hirak Bhasma and also called Vajra Bhasma, Hira Bhasma, and Diamond Bhasma
Indication: An excellent rasayana, rejuvenator, Improves physical strength. Also useful in the treatment of cancer and is used as an aphrodisiac.
It strengthens the heart muscles, prevents the deposition of plaque in the blood vessels and also averts the formation of atherosclerosis (i.e., hardening of the arteries), and hence reduces the risk of heart attacks, heart blocks, blood clots, mitral regurgitation, ischemic cardiomyopathy
Dose:2 mg to 10 mg twice daily with butter or as advised by the physician.
Diet: Milk, butter, Rice, and wheat.
