Flaxseed Oil is a great vegetarian source of Omega 3 fats and contains high levels of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Linoleic Acid (LA) which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, these beneficial effects require an intake of 2g per day.
Our Flaxseed Oil provides 1000mg cold pressed flaxseed oil in a vegetarian soft gel capsule and contain 500mg of ALA and 170mg of LA.
