Bonnispaz Drops is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine used in infants for treating infantile colic, abdominal bloating and flatulence. It has carminative, relaxant, analgesic and antiflatulent properties.

Therapeutic Indications
Bonnispaz is used infants with following health conditions.
- Infantile colic (various underlying etiologies or due to common causes such as milk intolerance or indigestion)

- Abdominal pain or cramps
- Flatulence
Generally, Bonnispaz is an antispasmodic, which gives relief in abdominal cramps or colic due to any underlying cause. According to the health condition, babies may also require other remedies.
Dosage
In severe, infantile colic, start with 4 drops of Bonnispaz and then reduces dosage to 2 drops twice or thrice a day for a period of 3 to 5 days.
In mild colic, 2 drops of Bonnispaz will be sufficient dosage and continue using it for 2 to 3 days.
Side Effects
Bonnispaz is LIKELY SAFE for Infants within therapeutic dosage. There are no adverse reactions observed with the use of Bonnispaz Drops.
